1. Payment Options

We make checkout simple and secure with the following payment methods:

PayPal

  • How it works: Select PayPal at checkout to be redirected to their secure platform. You can pay using your PayPal balance or with a debit/credit card (no account required in most cases).
  • Security: All PayPal payments are protected with Buyer Protection and advanced encryption.
  • Receipts: You will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and Colorful Shoes 4U once your payment is complete.

Credit & Debit Cards

  • Accepted Cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • How it works: Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV on our encrypted checkout page. For extra security, you may be asked to complete 3D Secure verification (e.g., Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode).
  • Storage: We never store your full card details on our servers. If you choose to save your card for future purchases, the data is securely tokenized by our payment processor.
  • Receipts: You’ll automatically receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email.
  • Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards? You can only use one credit/debit card per order, but you can combine gift card payments with credit card payments.

2. What’s Included in Your Order Total

We want you to feel confident at checkout. Your order total will always include:

● Product Price: The price shown on each product page reflects the cost of that specific item, based on the selected size or variant. The price shown does not include sales tax.

● Shipping Fee: A simple flat-rate fee is charged per order, based only on the destination country. The number of items, their weight, or size does not affect shipping cost. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

● Sale tax (if applicable): Automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Read more Tax.

You will only have to pay the fees listed above, which will be clearly stated on the invoice before you make the payment. No membership fees, no taxes/fees on international orders.

Payment on our website is a one-time payment, and you will not have to pay any other fees afterward. If you are asked for any unusual fee other than those listed above, please stop the payment and contact us.

3. Key Payment Notes

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Order Changes: After payment is complete, you cannot switch your payment method for that order.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Fraud Prevention: We work closely with trusted payment providers to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Any suspicious payments may be investigated and reported if necessary.

  • Failed Payments: If your card is declined or your PayPal payment fails, you’ll be notified immediately. Failed transactions will not be charged.
