We’re dedicated to delivering your order safely and on time. Colorful Shoes 4U ships domestic and international orders from our warehouse in the US and through shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, carriers, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and procedures for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
1. Delivery destination
Currently, we only deliver to destinations within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France. Delivery to other countries is not currently available. We will strive to expand our delivery services to more countries in the future.

2. Shipping Time
- Business Days: Monday – Sunday (excluding holidays).
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 8:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
- Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Processing includes verifying payment, preparing your order, and handing it off to the shipping carrier.
- During peak season or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 4 business days. If further processing time is required (exceeding 4 business days), we will notify you via email.
Transit Time:
Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical estimates (not guaranteed):
- United States: 3-7 business days.
- Canada: 5-12 business days.
- United Kingdom: 6-12 business days.
- Australia: 7-15 business days.
- Germany, France: 6-14 business days.
Note: Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may cause delays.
3. Carriers
We primarily ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent partners, depending on your location and service availability.
4. Shipping Fees
We apply a flat shipping rate, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, regardless of the number of items you purchase. We do not charge any additional or hidden fees.
At this time, we do not offer expedited or express delivery options, but these may be added in the future.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping fee. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If an order is returned to us due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delayed: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
- Lost: If your tracking does not update or shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. A signed non-receipt statement or carrier claim may be required.
- Damaged: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a replacement or refund (per our Return and Refund Policy).
Holiday & Weather Delays
We do our best to deliver your order quickly, but delays caused by holidays, extreme weather, or carrier backlogs are beyond our control. Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s holidays.
9. Packaging
Each item is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We care about the environment and aim to use recyclable or minimal packaging materials whenever possible.
