At Colorful Shoes 4U, we want you to love every step you take in our shoes. If your order isn’t just right, we make returns and exchanges simple and easy.
Return Policy
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking). If you need to return an item, you must submit a request within this time frame.
- Eligible Items:
- Shoes must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Return Method: By mail.
- Shipping Fee: We cover return shipping. You’ll receive a prepaid return label via email (just download and print).
- Restocking Fee: None.
Steps to Return
- Email support@colorfulshoes4u.com with your order number, photo of the product you received, and reason for return. We recommend using the same email address used for your purchase; if not, kindly include a photo of your receipt or order confirmation.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to: 94 Hunter Ln, Enfield, Connecticut 06082, United States.
- Once we receive your package, we’ll send a confirmation email. The return will then be inspected and processed.
Easy Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
- Exchange Period: Within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
- Process: Contact support@colorfulshoes4u.com to request an exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- Replacement: Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.
Refunds
Inspection: After receiving the returned package, we need to check the package status to see if it is eligible for a refund.
Approval: After the Inspection results, you will receive an email notification of this. And in case a refund is approved, refunds will be processed automatically.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent without a return request email will not be refunded.
- Amount: Refunds are issued for the value of the returned item(s). If the entire order is returned, you’ll receive a full refund of your purchase total.
- Processing Time:
- Returns are reviewed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are issued within 3-4 business days.
- Method: Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 3-4 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Additional Terms & Compliance
- No Cash-on-Delivery (COD) returns are accepted.
- Return requests after the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
- Colorful Shoes 4U reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly on colorfulshoes4u.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If defective, damaged, or incorrect: Contact us at support@colorfulshoes4u.com with your order number and photos.
- Resolution: We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, if you prefer.
