Colorful Shoes 4U values ​​honesty and transparency in all shopping transactions. These Billing Terms & Conditions clearly state how we handle pricing, payment, and your rights when shopping at our store. This allows you to buy items with confidence, knowing all the information before and after purchase.


1. What’s Included in Your Order Total

We want you to feel confident at checkout. Your order total will always include:

● Product Price: The price shown on each product page reflects the cost of that specific item, based on the selected size or variant. The price shown does not include sales tax.

● Shipping Fee: A simple flat-rate fee is charged per order, based only on the destination country. The number of items, their weight, or size does not affect shipping fee. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Sales Tax (if applicable): Calculated automatically at checkout after entering your shipping address. Sales tax is applied where required by law (currently applicable for orders shipped to Connecticut, US). This does not apply to international orders. Please refer to our Tax Policy for more information.

The total shown at checkout is the full amount charged by our store.

Please note for international orders:

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST taxes, or import fees once they reach your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently process payments through PayPal only. PayPal allows customers to pay securely using:

  • Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure gateways. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

When You Will Be Charged

Your payment method will be charged immediately once your order is submitted and confirmed.

Payment Confirmation
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and payment details. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at support@colorfulshoes4u.com for assistance.

Payment Errors or Failed Transactions
If your payment is declined or does not go through, please verify that your card information, billing address, and available balance are correct. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider, or attempting the payment again via PayPal.

Refunds for Overpayments or Cancellations
If you are charged incorrectly, or if you cancel your order within the permitted cancellation period, a refund will be issued to your original payment method through PayPal.

Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
