Modify/Cancel Order

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order. Please review the following policy regarding order modifications and cancellations.
1. Timeframe for Changes or Cancellation
Customers have a 24-hour window after a successful purchase (payment confirmed) to:
- Modify order details (e.g., size, color, quantity, shipping address)
- Cancel the order in full
After 24 hours, your order will enter the processing and shipping phase. At that point, we are unable to modify or cancel it, as fulfillment may already be underway.
Once this 24-hour period passes, the right to modify or cancel the order is forfeited.
2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation
To request a modification or cancellation, please email us at support@colorfulshoes4u.com using the format below:
- Subject Line: Order Modify/Cancellation – [Your Order Number]*
Be sure to use the exact order number from your confirmation email. - Email Body: Clearly state what you want to change (e.g., size, color, quantity, shipping address) or indicate that you’d like to cancel the entire order.
We will respond to your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window:
- You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the order has been canceled.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
