At Colorful Shoes 4U, we want you to love every step you take in our shoes. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy for you – whether that means a return or an exchange.
Returns Welcome – For Any Reason
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Whether you changed your mind or received something damaged or incorrect, you can send it back as long as it’s in new, unused condition.
Easy Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No worries – we’re happy to exchange it for you, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking number. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition (unused, no tags removed).

We will provide return labels (labels prepaid, customer need to download and print). There is no cost with return shipping.

4. Steps of Return: We recommend returning items by mail by following the steps below.
– Send 01 email to support@colorfulshoes4u.com with order number + Return reason
– We will provide return labels by mail + Customer packages the returned product.

5. Notice when receiving return package?
Once we receive your return package, we’ll email your purchase email to let you know this. The returned package will then be checked and evaluated by the relevant department.
Refund
For eligible returned items, the refund amount will be proportional to the price of the returned item. In case of returning all products in one order, the refund value will be equal to the total amount paid on the purchase invoice.

It takes 2-3 business days for us to process and notify the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
Where approved, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.
