Return and Refund Policy

At Colorful Shoes 4U, we want you to love every step you take in our shoes. If your order isn’t just right, we make returns/exchanges and refund simple and easy.

Our policy applies to all new, unused products and is based on the delivery date, and can be ordered on the website https://colorfulshoes4u.com/.


To Cancel an Order

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@colorfulshoes4u.com.
  • If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned once delivered (see steps below).

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

    You may return any new, unused product within 30 days of the delivery date.
    To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
    • Returns must be initiated by email within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return.

    2. Return method and fees

    Return Method: By mail.

    Return Label and Shipping Fee: No cost.

    • We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns within the return window. Prepaid return labels are only valid for the carrier we provide. You need to download and print this return label.
    • You do not pay shipping costs for approved returns using our label.
    • If you use your own return method, we are not responsible for lost shipments and cannot reimburse third-party postage.

    Restocking Fee: No cost.

    3. Steps to Return

    3.1. Email Us
    Send a return request to support@colorfulshoes4u.com with the subject line:
    “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

    3.2. Include the Following Information:

    • Order email (recommended to use the purchase email to send a return request)
    • Order number
    • Reason for return (damaged, defective, wrong item, no longer need the product, etc.)
    • Photos of the item

    3.3. Receive Return Label
    Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a prepaid return label. You need to download and print this return label.

    3.4. Package the Item Securely

    • Use the original packaging if possible.
    • Include any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with the product.

    3.5. Ship the Return

    • Drop off the package at the carrier indicated on your prepaid label.
    • Once shipped, keep the tracking number for reference. Return Address: 94 Hunter Ln, Enfield, Connecticut 06082, United States.

    3.6. Once we receive your package, we’ll send a confirmation email. The return will then be inspected and processed.


      Exchanges

      Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

      • Exchange Period: Within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
      • Process: Contact support@colorfulshoes4u.com to request an exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
      • Replacement: Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.

      Refunds

      1. When Refunds Are Offered

      + Products Never Arrived

      • If your package does not arrive within the carrier’s estimated delivery time plus a reasonable grace period, please contact us.
      • Once confirmed lost, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment.

      + Eligible Returns.

      We will refund new items when a return request is submitted via email within 30 days of delivery with a return package that is confirmed by our inspection team to be eligible.

      Inspection: After receiving the returned package, we need to check the package status to see if it is eligible for a refund. This takes 1-2 business days.

      Approval: After the Inspection results, you will receive an email notification of this. And in case a refund is approved, refunds will be processed automatically.

      Refund amount: Refunds are based on the purchase price of the returned items. Shipping and other fees will be refunded if you return the entire order for the following reasons: defective product, wrong item sent, damaged upon receipt, not as described.

      Exceptions:

      • Items returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.
      • Items not returned in new condition may be denied.

      2. Refund Timeline

      • Processing time: up to 5 business days after approval.
      • Method: Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
      • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

      Additional Terms & Compliance

      • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
      • Colorful Shoes 4U reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
      • This policy applies only to purchases made directly on colorfulshoes4u.com.

      Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

      • If defective, damaged, or incorrect: Contact us at support@colorfulshoes4u.com with your order number and photos.
      • Resolution: We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, if you prefer.

      International Returns

      International returns follow the same rules. Customs duties/VAT already paid to your local authority are usually not refundable by us; please consult your local customs office for reclaim options.
