We’re dedicated to delivering your order safely and on time. Colorful Shoes 4U ships worldwide from our U.S. warehouse and trusted shipping partners. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, carriers, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and procedures for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
1. Processing Time
- Business Days: Monday – Sunday (excluding holidays).
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 8:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Processing includes verifying payment, preparing your order, and handing it off to the shipping carrier.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. If additional time is needed (beyond 3 business days), we’ll notify you via email.
2. Estimated Transit Times
Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical estimates (not guaranteed):
- U.S. (48 Contiguous States): 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- European Union (Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 6–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20+ business days (varies by location)
Note: Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may cause delays.
3. Carriers
We primarily ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent partners, depending on your location and service availability.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight/size, and service type. Representative standard flat rates:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for details.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If an order is returned to us due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delayed: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
- Lost: If your tracking does not update or shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. A signed non-receipt statement or carrier claim may be required.
- Damaged: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a replacement or refund (per our Return and Refund Policy).
